The other half of SubShoot is for the pros themselves. Working shooters live in a feast-or-famine calendar — double-booked one Saturday, empty the next. Our gig board lets pros subcontract to each other: second shooters, B-cam operators, drone pilots, and overflow editors, with real budgets and peer reviews on the record. Reliability earns rank here — from Verified to Pro to Master — and rank can never be bought.
